Our Price Guarantee

We pride ourselves on being able to source the most appropriate life insurance policy for our clients at the lowest price.

We are so confident that we will be able to get you the best life insurance policy available given your circumstances, that we are happy to make the following commitment to you.

If you suffer from a pre-existing medical condition, and are able to obtain more competitive acceptance terms from another life insurance company, we will do our best to beat it. If we can’t beat it, we will give you £50.

Terms & Conditions

We will require you to provide us with full details of the acceptance terms you have been offered by the other insurer, so that we can ensure that the policies are on the same basis. In particular, we will check that the policy offered has the same sum assured, policy term and that any exclusions are on the same basis. We will require you to provide us with the acceptance terms within two months of the acceptance terms that we have obtained for you, and your medical condition must not have deteriorated in that time. The acceptance terms obtained from another insurer must be on an identical basis as the policy we offer, including remuneration for our services. In order to qualify for the Price Guarantee, you must co-operate fully as we try to beat the acceptance terms you have provided us with. If we are unable to beat the acceptance terms, we will pay you £50 within 28 days.
