3. Which service will we provide you with? |

You will receive limited advice from us. You will inform us of your requirements. We will not offer you any specific advice on the level of cover, nor the policy features you have requested. You will have already decided what cover is appropriate to your needs. We may explain various policy terms, conditions and features to you, in order that you can make sure the policy meets your requirements.
We will advise and make a recommendation for you on the insurer who is most likely to accept your application for insurance, based on the requirements you gave to us.

What will you have to pay us for our services? |

A fee. |

No fee for Term Assurance, Income Protection Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Accident Sickness & Unemployment (ASU), Insurance and Buildings and Contents Insurance.
We will receive commission from the provider

You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy.

5. Who regulates us? |
Life Insurance Help is a trading name of Platinum Financial Consulting which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Our FSA Register Number is 227014.
Platinum Financial Consulting is permitted to advise on and arrange investments , mortgages and insurance products.

6. What to do if you have a complaint |
If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us:

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? |
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. |
